The last weekend of 27 and 28 June, took place in Madarcos a workshop on Medicinal Plants, within the activities of Madarcos Yesterday and Today,
organized by the City Council and supported by the Madrid Board Mountain Areas.
During the weekend, more than thirty local residents, they could learn the different floors of the municipality and some of its medicinal uses. In two trips, on the outskirts of the town and the river trail Madarquillos, first collected some of the plants would use later to make tinctures, syrups, oils and ointments. Besides other plants were also able to identify and talk about their profits, to realize that much of the species around them, have properties that can improve your health.

I present to you a most excellent Mexican band called "The Musicians of Joseph." His style is a mix of funk, jazz and rock, to what they called "Acid Funk Rock."
